1.  Fees to be deposited in the mode of DD / Online Transfer only at the Bank, details of which

          are given as follows:-

          a.       Bank                                     :    STATE BANK OF INDIA

          b.       Account No.                     :   10688305529

          c.       IFS Code                             :    sbin0006401

          DD can be drawn in favour of “DURGA PUBLIC SCHOOL” payable at Solan.

  2.  Fees can either be paid in full or in quarterly mode in following months

          I Quarter                                    - before 10th of February

          II Quarter                                   - before 10th of May

          III Quarter                                  - before 10th August

          IV Quarter                                  - before 10th of November

after which per day fine of `100 would be charged for late deposites. Last date being a Holiday, next working day will be considered as Last Day.

  3.  Management reserves the right to struck off the candidate from school roll’s, if fees is not deposited within 30 days from due             date.  In such cases, Re-Admission fee will be charged subject to availability of seat at that time.

  4.  To properly credit the fees in their ward’s account, Parents are requested to fill in Candidate’s full name, Admission, Class and              Exact date on the Fees Book/Deposit Slip.

   5.  In case of Boarding student, Parents are entitled to get the concession of 5000 (Five thousand only) if full fees for the session is          paid in advance. In all such scenario fees have to be deposited in the month of February after deducting the foresaid concession.

   6.  In case of siblings (only Real Brother or Sister) both being the Boarding student, younger is entitled to get the concession of Rs. 5000  only (Five Thousands only) from the total fees adjustment to be made only in the last Quarter, i.e. November.   

   7.  In case Fees has been deposited via Online Transfer/Net banking, details regarding Transaction ID, Amount, Student’s Name,             Admission/Registration No. and Transfer Date should be communicated to the school office as well as at E-Mail                                   ID:dps.solan@gmail.com

  8.  Parents are requested to confirm the expenses regarding the Tuck Shop from school office in the month of May, August and               October between 25th – 30th, so that they can deposit this amount in the Bank along with other charges.

 9.  Fees once paid will NOT BE REFUNDED under any circumstances.

10. At the end of the session Parents are required to submit the Fee Books in school office. If needed they can keep a photocopies            with them.

11. No fees (other than Non-Refundable categories and Tuck Shop Expenses) in any form will be deposited in school office. Any such        instance, a surcharge of 2% (Two only) will be levied on the Parent side.
