Parents/Guardians are bound by the school rules in all respects. In all matters of dispute, the management's decision shall be final.
Parents are advised to keep the school informed of any change in postal address or change in telephone numbers, in writing, as this is very vital in case of emergencies.
In accordance with the rules of the school, the parents/guardians are expected to encourage their wards to participate in all activities like tours, trekking, expeditions & camping etc. and in case of any untoward incident the school will not be held responsible.
The parents/guardians will entrust the Management and staff to act as local guardians of their wards while they are in the school or on tours, treks, expeditions & camps etc.
The parents/guardians will authorize the Principal to take necessary action on their behalf in case of any emergency operation or any other such condition where their permission is needed but cannot be sought in time.
The management is fully empowered to expel a student from school and hostel if in their opinion the student has failed to follow the discipline of the school and his continued presence is detrimental to the school and/or the student fails to come up to the academic standard of his class and when detention in the same class would make the student too big for his class.
All parents will sign an agreement and a statement of undertaking with the school at the time when their son/wards joins the school.
No leave will be granted without an application in writing from the Parent/Guardian, well in advance. Grant of Leave is entirely the sole discretion of the Management.
Any unauthorized absence exceeding ten calendar days, the defaulter's name will be struck off the roll and considered withdrawn.
What so ever be the circumstances, Parents/Guardians will not be allowed to meet their ward or Teachers during the normal school tenure. However this can be altered in case of urgencies but only at the school, parents/guardians hereby accept all the above mentioned rules.
